Marshalls Register- Regional Winner for the best patio transformation 2013

Last night, Ian Howe Landscaping were awarded the Best Patio Transformation Regional Award for 2013 by Marshalls.

Complete makeover secures Marshalls award

The reward was received for a project we carried out in the Durham area. The work involved laying an artificial lawn, laying a new driveway and creating a beautiful patio area. The whole transformation was for over 35m2. The award itself was for the best patio transformation over 35m2.

The Ian Howe Landscaping team worked hard, ensuring that each part of the project complemented each other.

The Block Paved Driveway Installation

The block paving to the driveway was created using Tobermore block paving. Each of the block paved borders were designed to complement both the paving and the property.

Creative Patio Paving

We chose the Marshall’s Indian Sandstone we believed this complemented both the driveway and the house. We added edging to give a stunning effect and a raised seating area. We believe this helped to add character to the overall project.

The Artificial Lawn installation part of the project

Laying the artificial lawn was the final part of the project, this certainly finished the project off perfectly.

We used LazyLawn artificial lawn in Wonderyarn 36. This gave an effect of a beautiful lush green lawn without the maintenance of regular turf.

Overall Summary Of Project

We totally transformed the customers outdoor area. We feel the outside of the property now totally complements the inside. First impressions count and what an impression people now get when arriving at this home in Durham.

We worked very hard on every detail of this project to ensure the overall look was stunning. We are so pleased to be awarded for Marshalls best patio transformation award for this project.
