Ian was the founder of the company back in 1980, and has guided its successful growth over 3 decades. He enjoys being front of house and is out meeting both Residential and Commercial clients every day. Ian is involved daily with the management of the Residential and Grounds Maintenance Divisions.

Jamie Howe – Business Manager
Jamie has taken the lead role in developing the computer, quality and other systems needed to ensure the business is on track during a period of sustained growth in all areas. Jamie manages all of the companies Health & Safety and HR requirements. He is also heavily involved in the design and costing of all projects. Jamie has an overview of all Divisions.

Craig Howe – Contracts Manager
Craig is the key link between the Office and site for all our activities. Craig is the contact for all our commercial clients ensuring the smooth delivery on site of all our projects. Craig is involved with the management of the Commercial and Lazy Lawn Divisions daily.

Diane Howe – Credit Controller & Company Secretary
Diane manages the company’s Finances, ensuring that credit limits are not exceeded and all payments are made on time.

Harry Morris – Office Manager
Harry manages the office, from Diary Management to Quotations to Financial Accounting and his great knowledge of Sage & IT is a real asset to the company. Harry schedules all of the Teams work and manages the logistics of materials to sites, ensuring smooth delivery of all projects for our clients across all Divisions.
