Durham Artificial Lawn and Marshalls Paving project.

The project involved laying LazyLawn artificial grass both at the front and the rear of the property. We also laid Marshalls Paving both front and back to the property in Durham. The products used were Marshalls Sawn Versuro in Autumn Bronze Multi for the paving and LazyLawns Wonder Yarn 26mm for the artificial lawn for its realistic looking grass.

Ian Howe Landscaping are Marshalls Approved Paving Installers, which ensures our customers of quality workmanship. We used Fairstone Sawn Versuro for the paving stones, the sawn versuro is a fine grained Quartzitic sandstone which comes from India. It is lightly sandblasted and gives a brushed finish offering a modern and stylish elegant feel to patios and pathways. There are 3 other colours available in this design of paving, other colours are antique silver multi, caramel cream multi and golden sand multi.

All the paving work carried out by our team receives a 5 year installation guarantee. Due to us being registered Marshalls Paving installers our customers can also benefit from the Marshalls 10 year product guarantee.
